A waterfall cascaded down the tall rocks from the mountains, spilling cool steam over the cabin setting. Nearby, up a wooden path, a water slide stood, nearly shrouded in the mist. It seemed to have been plucked out of theme park. Two sildes cascaded into the lagoon's turquoise water. One was a spinning tube that opened halfway to a twisting cascade into the water. The second was a more elongated, gentler path. The waterslide was always slick from the dew of the waterfall and pleasantly warm.
The calmer water slide slid into waters neither deep nor shallow. At the bottom of the slide, a great smooth rock broke the fall, bumping the rider into warm water four feet deep. More rocks separated the deep end, which was the end of the crazy slide. At the end of the deeper pool, small boulders broke the waters from the ocean's current yet also served as resting spots.

Kaname emerged at the top of the slide with a bundle of ribbons over his shoulder. Kira's head and feet poked out of her wrapping. "Now, my lady, to remove this drooping mood," he called into her ear, before releasing, her ribbons and all into the crazy tube. The ribbons faded gradually as she plummeted to the lagoon, her body soaked along the way.

"Iieeee!!" Kira cried out during the descent. She had summoned a clone just as she dropped. A clone that pushed Kaname right behind her, down the long slide. She sunk underwater upon hitting, then waited for him to follow.

Kaname barely noted the clone at his shoulder before it pushed him. Growling a warning, he nonetheless slipped into the tube spiraling into the wacky spins before the dizzy plummet. He crashed into the water.

Coming up, she coughed out the water she sucked in and caught her breath, throwing her hair back to get it out of her eyes. "Ka...naaaa...meeee..." She panted, scanning the water for him.

Kaname emerged on the other side, throwing his cloak and jacket on a rock. He dove under to put his his boots and socks alongside them. He ran a hand through his plastered hair, "Kiii... raaaa.." He taunted back in a rough voice. He pushed his hair back. "That could have been dangerous."

"Dangerous. Ha!" She scoffed playfully, peeling off her outer shirt as well. "How could that have been dangerous? Would you have destroyed the slide?" She laughed, wading over towards him.

Kaname released a long chuckle, "I suppose not, though honestly, safety wasn't on your mind when you pushed me off, was it?" He smirked and dove under.

"Safety....Sure..." She laughed, diving after him. What was really on her mind was just payback.

Kaname drifted on the currents, watching her dive after him. His smirk lengthened. He couldn't hide too well in a white shirt.

She caught up to him fairly easy, having chased Gin in water enough to have gained a pretty good speed. "Oh...Kaname..." She stated, just behind him. "What did I tell you I would do if you dared to "dump" me in water?"

A swirl of bats charged at her face as Kaname sped away, changing into shadow. "But.... Kira..." his voice echoed around her, "I didn't dump you, my lady. I dropped you into a entertaining slide, did I not?"

"Dumped....dropped...I still ended up in a pool of water." She smiled, closing her eyes and not moving at the swarming bats.

The bats continued to spin around her in their thick cloud, but two bats, separated by a lower ping, moved away from the rest. One jumped out of the water. One swam deeper into the lagoon's shadows.

She listened through the flock of bats, hearing the splash in the water. "No. Too obvious." She grinned, disappearing and gaining some distance from the swarm in order to find the real Kaname.
