Keome turned to him. "Whats your favourite section here Kaname-sama?" She asked.

Kita nodded but only looked from a distance. She knew from what Kaname told them. No books could leave the room. So to keep her infatuation in check she stayed back from the books.

Kaname opened his book. "I do believe it is one of two sections." He looked up, smiling quietly. "Poetry or the epics."

Keome smiled. "Interesting. I think I'll start in the poetry then. Do you have a favourite poet?" She said.

Kaname chuckled. "From before humans began recording," he murmured. Then, he stopped flipping pages, snapping the book shut. "My favorite poet is the artist of the painting outside the doors." He couldn't not do honor do that man anymore. "But of the human's poetry, I think I'll say John Donne."
He chuckled. "I think I'll amend that rule tonight. Tonight, you may check out a couple books if they aren't too valuable, but to hide our secret, you'll come to my study to return them. Fair?" He turned to Lady Kita. "Do come and look, Kita, or I might have to make you."

Kita looked at Kaname she felt like a small child in a candy store that was just told everything was free. She did not know where to start. As she quickly looked around. Kita went to step forward and then quickly stop turning her attention back to Kaname. A wide smile beamed across her face and her soft blue eyes sparkled. "Where do I start. Any suggestion?"

Kaname caught the expression in her eyes and chuckled. He held out his hand. "I am leading this tour, and if called, I will show you the secrets inside."

Witha bounce in her step Kita step forward taking Kanames hand. "It has been a long time since I have picked up a book and read. I am really looking forward to this. Thank you, Lord Kaname."

Kaname smiled and led Kita to a small bookshelf to the side. "You may not believe this, Lady Kita, but this is the section for kid's tales. It also includes myths and folk tales. I still haven't decided if it's the Chairman's thoughts or Takuma's." He leaned against the wall. "Both know the children's tales have enchanted me."

Kita looked from Kaname at the small bookshelf eyes still gleaming and smile bright. She looked at the many titles and authors on the shelf. She saw a few she remembered from her childhood. Kita then turned her attention back to Kaname. "Which one is your favorite, my Lord. I would love to read it."

Kaname shook his head, still smiling. "Then I will read it aloud. I still owed you ladies a poem the other day. Perhaps, this will be an acceptable switch." Kaname knelt and took up a small red leather booklet in his hands. His eyes were soft as he opened the book. "This is an adaptation of the original in my bookshelves." He turned the title page to Kita. A couple, hand in hand, walked underneath a field of roses. Their faces weren't very clear, but the girl was dressed in a white frilly gown, and the man, a black cloak. The title read, "The Wish of the Rose."

Kira had sighed deeply, discovering that the artist's name was no more. It was a lovely painting, and she would love to see more of that artist's work. Her heart sunk a little, knowing it was not to be. She followed the others inside quietly, and walking past the bookshelves got lost towards the rear of the room. She ran her finger over the spines of the books on a shelf, but wasn't much in the mood for reading. This was a lovely library...she just needed the right inspiration to search it. She heard speaking, and Kaname say he would read aloud. A smile found its way to her lips and she quietly made her way to the shelf directly behind them. Leaning on the shelf, she waited with bated breath for him to begin the tale.

Kita looked upon the words of the book as Kaname's soothing voice read. She only looked up from the page for a second as she gazed at him. His dark eyes as soft as the satin midnight sky, his words he read as gentle as the breeze. Kita felt if she watched him much longer she could get lost within him forever. Quickly she looked away fixing her eyes upon the book once more.

Kaname covered Jen with his jacket. He knew the library got chilly for humans since vampires had a higher tolerance to cold. He turned back to his small audience. "I hope you're comfortable, ladies. Then, I'll begin." He sat down and turned the page, eyes turning a darker shade but soft. Quietly, he murmured, "The Wish of the Rose."
